There are so many opportunities with family photography and video to capture this time of your lives without sitting posed in front of the camera. I encourage my clients to lean into more of a lifestyle approach to their session. Sometimes that's finding a beautiful location to let your children explore, while sometimes the best place to capture memories is in your own home.

I always aim for my newborn sessions to be slow, and never rushed. This is a time to take cues from your family and new baby. Lull them to sleep, stop for feedings and diaper changes. I love home sessions for this reason. Just you, your baby in the comfort of your own space capturing all the tiny details that go way too quickly.

Whether that’s just a peaceful session with just you and your bump, or alongside your already growing family, maternity sessions can be whatever you make them. hope that every woman that steps in front of my camera is so happy that they captured this really amazing time in their lives.

As much as possible, I want to be a fly on the wall throughout your day, giving you the opportunity to experience real moments. Weddings are such special unique days to capture, the best part of being a photographer is freezing these pinnacle moments in people's lives.
My journey with the camera began at seven years old, hunting for "subject matter" for my mother’s paintings. I didn't know then that searching for emotive light and quick, honest moments would become my life’s work for the next 15 years. While I once dreamed of traveling the world to shoot cinematic masterpieces, I eventually found that the most profound stories are the ones happening right in front of us.
Now a mother of two boys in Cashion, Oklahoma, I’ve realized that the most important memories aren't just the big milestones—they are the pudgy fingers, the shared mornings in the kitchen, and the rare, beautiful chance to see a child hug their great-grandparent. My mission is to guide you through a session that feels like you, capturing the version of your loved ones you never want to forget.
